Relationship Diet!

                                                 Relationship Diet

This article entitled, “Relationship diet”, was named to mimic a “food diet”. When we think of diet, we most often think of a food diet. A food diet consists of low calorie, low fat, low sodium, and low carb foods. The goal of a diet is most likely to lose weight, and become healthier.  Have you ever heard of a relationship diet? It comes in the same form; accept. It doesn’t involve food. From my understanding, any book and or person giving advice on the do’s and don’ts in finding the perfect relationship are facilitating a diet, to perhaps motivate you to lose baggage and have a healthier relationship.  We never look at relationship gurus as facilitating a relationship diet, but if anyone is requiring certain behavior, for a certain outcome, it’s a diet. Diets can be fun, but I am beginning to wonder what makes someone an expert? Everybody’s life is different, so how can someone advise a person, as if they have walked in their shoes. Just as every trainer, nutritionist or weight loss coach has advice on how to lose weight and it all works for certain individuals; I notice the same thing with relationship coaches’ advice.  With there being so many food diets today, the best thing for myself to do is, learn what foods are good or bad for my blood type and create my own diet.
There are tons of relationship books, and relationship coaches out there; however, they all have different advice.  I notice that, many relationship coaches’ advice stems from their personal experiences. Therefore whose advice should one take, if one person’s advice contradicts the next person’s advice?  The answer is, create your own personal diet. Just as a person can design their personal food diet, you can do the same for your relationship diet. First pray or do whatever spiritual act that you do, take your life experiences that you have learned from and books you have read or advice you have gathered and create your own relationship diet.  No one is an expert at your life better than you.  If every diet works, because research shows people having results, from each diet, and research also shows that people have had positive results with relationship advice, how do you know which route to take? You have to figure out what works best for yourself and go that route.  It is good to seek counsel but sometimes the best advice comes from within. You know better than anyone what you want, just figure out how to get it and you have the hardest part out of the way.
I use to find myself in countless debates over the topic of love, only to feel invalidated for what I knew was true for myself in the end. I began to realize that, I don’t need validation from others.  Love is different for everyone. Everyone has his or her own idea of his or her perfect relationship. Either everyone is right or everyone is wrong.  If you can figure out what good traits work for you and what bad traits don’t work for you, then you’re half way to the finish line.  All you have to do is love yourself, trust and believe in yourself.  Although I advise many of my readers in relationship psychology, I never profess to speak for them, because only you can speak for yourself.

Fantasy Man vs Reality Man

Hello, Male Decoded has moved and changed locations. Please refer to my new website at www.maledecoded.com My new blog location will offer more services to my readers. I think we've all been there!

The difference between a fantasy relationship and a reality relationship is, one is totally real and realistic , while the other one is totally fake/ make believe.
Know how to tell the difference between the two.

Let's get some descriptions happening

Fantasy Relationship:

1) Guy talks a lot
2) Very Charasmatic, accept it's over the phone , internet, text meassage, Facebook, Instagram, twitter networks only
3) Very fantasy oriented. He has so many fantasies that he would like to play out but none of the fantasies will ever happen. This fantasy guy has the gift of gab.
4) He speaks to you and talks to you like you're a girlfriend of his but you're never invited to family gatherings and you spend the holidays alone.
5) You have no commitments! Dude is not your man!
6) He has no future plans for you two
7) He likes being behind the scenes and in fact, he probably online dates
8) He is emotionally unavailable and very detached

Reality Relationships:

1) This man is committal and ready to mingle
2) This man backs his words up with action, in fact, he barely speaks. He just shows you what he's working with
3) He is romantic
4) He invites you into his world.
5) He has plans for your future
6) He takes you around his family and friends
7) He's all about actions and not words
8) His expectations are realistic

In the Rules book, fantasy relationships are mentioned, so that women are able to recognize them and quickly move on from them.

If it's fantasy, then most likely, he's a time waster. Remember, 25+ and up, our goal is to get married, not waste our time with juvenile relationships.

Five Ways 2 Get Rid of A Man

1) Please annoy the hell out of him today! Wine and complain. Start today, don't wait until tomorrow. Lol

2) Argue with him! Men love to be emasculated! (Sarcasm) Be combative with him and it will surely drive him away!

3) Make him work overtime for it! If you're dealing with a lazy man, this will most definetely run him off.

4) Call him continuously. Tell him you're falling for him. This works like a charm because men don't like women who are ahead of their emotions. They never like the woman who likes them more. ;)

5) Tell him you're looking to get married and that you want to start a family.

These five things will drive any man away. At first I was going to use this as a funny metaphor of how to get rid of a man that you don't like but I changed my mind. Let's also use this as a learning lesson for driving men who you love and admire you away!

Trust Noone Trust in God

Hello,

We can be spiritual about all things, but relationships. Why is it that, we proclaim to be religious/spiritual guru's, if you will but we think its insane to consult God about our relationships/love life. We can pray and have faith in all things, even the silliest things, but we think its odd to let go and let God when it comes to romance. We believe that we are supposed to be as active as we are in purusing our dreams as we are to be in love affairs. I'm pretty sick and tired of being yanked in different directions, how about you? Love/Romance is like dieting, everybody is an expert at dating advice, but who is the real expert? God is. You are second to knowing what is best for you. Seek God and you shall find.
Romance is like a diet. Everyone has advice on it and it all works, but what works for you is most important. Figure that out and you will be bi-winning!
Dont just pray for school, for the job or for your health. Pray for everything, even about your love life.
